Bernie Baldassaro is a high energy, comedic, true triple threat theatre artist currently performing on the Broadway National Tour of The Book of Mormon. A tried-and-true Boston Boy, Bernie began his professional career at the age of nine in North Shore Music Theatre’s production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella directed by Greg Ganakas and starring Annie Golden. He went on to pursue his BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College and then joined the touring company of Elf the Musical upon graduating. He has had the pleasure of singing and dancing across the country in the touring companies of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (u/s Mike & Augustus), Baby Shark Live! (Dance Captain), and with regional companies such as North Shore Music Theatre, The Huntington Theatre Co., Greater Boston Stage Co., and The Lyric among others. When not performing onstage, he shares his knowledge as a director, choreographer, and teaching artist to younger generations.
